I have used them twice to get me to and from the airport. I have to say that it was the best decision ever. LOVED the driver!! He was so interesting and fun. The customer service is beyond measure. The best way to get to the airport for sure. A few days ago I contacted them with an urgent need. I was assisting a flood survivor (via the Austin Disaster Relief Network) that was stuck at a Drs. office without a ride back to his hotel. They told me they would discount the rate but later called me that night to say they were donating the transportation. I felt beyond blessed. I will be loyal to them forever!!

I have nothing but rave reviews for Austin Choice Executive Limo! We had an event in Austin, Karen from Austin Limo responded very quickly with very clear and concise numbers and was very pleasant answering my questions so when it was time to pick a service the choice was simple. The clientele we deal with change their plans frequently. Karen was always on top of it with no mistakes. Onsite the drivers were prompt and courteous and the cars very clean. On the departure day, the drivers actually came into the hotel to find our people if they did not come to the curb. On the final day of our event Said, the owner, personally came and met me just to introduce himself which was very impressive. In all my time doing events this was the first time the owner actually came and thanked me personally for the business. I will definitely use Austin Choice Executive Sedan and Limo in the future.
